TERMS OF SALE AND SHIPPING COSTS

Important Notice:

All our products may have slightly different dimensions from those indicated at the time of purchase, as it is not possible to determine their weight mechanically. In case of significant differences, these will be compensated with products of equal value.

Shipping and delivery.
The requested goods, properly packaged, are entrusted to the express courier GLS, which guarantees delivery throughout Italy within two/three working days from the date of dispatch.
During the summer heat, we ship in a way that protects the goods during transport.
Shipping rates divided by weight brackets are as follows:

ITALY

From 0 to 2.5 kg € 12

From 2.6 kg up to 9 kg: € 15

From 9.1 kg up to 18.5 kg: € 18

From 18.6 kg up to 28.5 kg: € 20

From 28.6 kg up to 47 kg: € 26

From 47.1 kg up to 95 kg: € 40

In the case of bank transfer, we will ship the requested goods after receiving confirmation of payment from the bank.

Breakage and tampering:
It is the user’s responsibility to verify the condition of the delivered Product. Without prejudice to the fact that the risk of loss or damage to the Products, for reasons not attributable to Azienda Agricola Rizzi s.s.a., is transferred to the user when the user, or a third party designated by the user and different from the carrier, takes physical possession of the Products, the user is advised to check the number of Products received and that the packaging is intact, not damaged, nor wet or otherwise altered, including the sealing materials (adhesive tape). The user is invited, in their own interest, to report any anomalies on the carrier’s delivery document, accepting the package with reservation.
Receiving the Products without reservation does not allow the user to take legal action against the carrier in the event of loss or damage, except where such loss or damage is due to intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the carrier, and except in cases of partial loss or damage not detectable at the time of delivery, provided that such damage is reported as soon as it is discovered and no later than eight days after receipt.
If the package shows evident signs of tampering or alteration, the user is also advised to promptly notify the company using the provided contact details.
